金鶯將陳偉殷下放小聯盟10天，從3A升上野手帕梅里，17日他單場雙響砲，18日又再轟出一發全壘打，金鶯也連續第二場展現強大火力，最後以6:4擊敗費城人，金鶯拿下3連勝，落後同區龍頭光芒只有2場勝差。
頂替陳偉殷上大聯盟的外野手ChrisParmelee，很管用。

前一場敲出8支全壘打，破隊史紀錄的金鶯，來到客場也不手軟，一局上半，Parmelee就轟出陽春砲首開紀錄，加上之前單場雙響砲，他上大聯盟後，兩場比賽已經貢獻3支全壘打，打完前三局，雙方1:1平手，四局上半金鶯形成大局。

DavidLough在滿壘的情況下，適時敲出2分打點二壘安打，金鶯4:1拉開比數，而先發投手UbaldoJimenez，不僅投得不錯，打擊也有貢獻。
球賽主播：「這球砍擊出去，留在界內是安打，傳球來不及了。」
Jimenez拚命跑出內野安打，帶有1分打點，為金鶯打回第5分，這半局一口氣攻下4分奠定勝利基礎，五局上半，TravisSnider再補上一支陽春砲，為金鶯添得重要的保險分，比數6:1，雖然費城人表現持續低迷，但還是有反擊的能力。
